It is a French Apple Tart sweetened only with apples and a bit of apricot jam. It was baked on an autumn day in the Catskills. The recipe was based on a recipe in this year's Cook's Illustrated's Vegan for Everybody cookbook (although we used a butter crust). Directed & edited by Jen May, food styling by Kendra McKnight.
