- 1/2 cup Horseshoe Brand Cayenne Hot Sauce
- 2 large cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
Sweat onion and garlic in a little oil or butter. Add cajun hot sauce before garlic and onion browns. Add cream. Mix well and warm but do not simmer. Toss with cooked chicken wings and serve.
