Greek Yogurt with Mashed Blackberries and Mint

Nobody wants to raise their kids to become finicky eaters, and our twin toddlers aren’t the most adventurous diners. That said, we’ve found that introducing bold flavors like mint to their diet has given them some appreciation for grown-up food. Also, we read somewhere that if baby food is too homogenous, kids will never learn to enjoy challenging flavors like tartness. We’ve discovered that if we swirl the acidic sweetness of fruit purée into the creamy tang of yogurt, it’ll yield a yin-yang experience that’s perfect for 2-year-old taste buds.
