- 1/4 cup Horseshoe Brand Maple Cayenne Hot Sauce
- 2 Hamburger buns
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 8 strips of bacon
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Cook bacon in a skillet, reserve fat. Cook bacon in a skillet, reserve fat. Saute onions in half of gate until soft. Add maple cayenne sauce to pan and saute until onions are carmelizaed. Make two patties with ground beef and cook in a cast iron skillet in the rest of the bacon fat. Assemble and serve burger with carmelized onions and bacon.
