- 1 ounce silver tequila (recommended: younger, silver tequilas, such as Milagro, generally mix better in cocktails than aged versions)
- 1 ounce St. Germain
- ½ ounce Punt e Mes (a sweet Italian vermouth)
- ½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
Combine all four ingredients in a shaker and, as Maloney suggests, “shake the hell out of them” for about 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe, or any stem glass and enjoy.
