- 1 1/2 ounces Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- 3 ounces Rosé
- Basil leaf and lemon peel, for garnish
Mix all ingredients (excluding the rosé) in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until chilled and properly diluted, then strain into stemware of choice (7.5 ounce Coupe is preferable). Top with rosé, garnish with basil leaf, express and discard lemon peel, and sip.
