No Way, Rosé

The No Way, Rosé is the perfect, juicy, summer-sipper with easy to source ingredients. This cocktail features the award-winning Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin of Australia which uses native botanicals, exotic Asian spices, as well as lavender in their botanical mix to create a unique gin. Topping this cocktail with rosé just makes it a refreshing blast in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes lavender bitters
  • 3 ounces Rosé
  • Basil leaf and lemon peel, for garnish

Instructions

Mix all ingredients (excluding the rosé) in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until chilled and properly diluted, then strain into stemware of choice (7.5 ounce Coupe is preferable). Top with rosé, garnish with basil leaf, express and discard lemon peel, and sip.
